A- our standard snow removal contract coverage you up to 300 cm of snow. If we surpass the 300 cm limit on the contract the homeowner will have the option at that point to buy additional cm.
Q-Do you offer any discounts?
A- Yes we do, We typically have a few specials and discounts at the beginning of our season.
Q-What are the conditions of your contract?
A- Our contract covers you between the period of November 15 to April 15. The minimum amount of snow required for a visit is 3 cm.
Q- When will my driveway be cleared of snow?
A- Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any times on when our Tractors arrive to clean your laneway. There are just too many variables when talking about arrival times and every storm is different.
We do our best to make sure that we either get to your property before you leave for work in the morning or before you get home and evening depending on when it starts to snow.
Q- What if the street plough comes by after my laneway has been blown?
A- We perform multiple visits to your property during a storm. For example once the operator has done his initial pass he will always return to check in the end of your laneway. At that time if the street plough has not yet been by we send our operators out early in the morning to make sure no one is blocked in for when they need to get to work. The amount of visits we make also depends on the size of the storm
Q- If I called during a storm will there be someone available for me to talk to you?
A- Yes, on a snow day we were are working around the clock. If during a storm you have a problem or an emergency there will always be someone in the office, you will also receive 2 contact numbers on your contract when you sign up that will go to one of the owners.
Q- Do you have insurance?
A- Yes, absolutely. Every company in this industry should have a commercial liability insurance policy. We carry a $2 million commercial liability insurance.

Yes, references can be provided upon request. We also have several online reviews on our Facebook page.
On a small storm the operator will come by your laneway at least twice which will give you a chance to move your vehicle either to the clear part of the laneway or onto the street.
Please note at no point will our drivers ever get out of the tractor and knock on your door to ask you to move your car. If we had to do this for every laneway it would greatly affect our Efficiency.
Q- What if there’s a car in my driveway?
A- If you have a car in your driveway the operator will at least clean behind the car for a single laneway for a double laneway you’re clear of the open side of the Laneway. The operator will always stay At least a foot away from your car.
Please note that our drivers will at least pass by your house twice during a storm. On the second pass if the cars are still parked in the laneway the operator may not be able to complete a full cleaning of your laneway.
If a few days after a storm you do move your car and would like us to come back there may be an additional service charge as you are requesting us to come back a day or more after the last clearing of your laneway.
Q- What if my laneway is gravel? Can you still use a snow blower on it.
A- Yes, what we do in these cases is, we may let the first storm go So that you can drive on your laneway and build up a base. That way when the snowblower goes over your laneway it’s not picking up any gravel and shooting it onto your lawn. If the first storm of the season is a larger one the operator will skim over the top of the laneway to remove as much snow as he can while still leaving a thin layer for you to pack down
Q- How do I pay?
A- We except cash, cheque, E-transfer.
Q- Are the tractors noisy?
A- Surprisingly not at all, so you won’t need to worry about us waking you up if we come to do a early morning pass. We use Norman blowers on all of our tractors. In most cases we are in and out of your property within A minute and a half to two minutes. In most cases you won’t even know were there.
Q- Can your blowers damage the interlock on my driveway?
A- No, The blowers we use our mostly interlock friendly, unless you have uneven area in her driveway.

This is the responsibility of the homeowner. If the water valve is not flush with the laneway there is a chance that the blower May break the valve.
